Loan Process
Blueprint Commercial Capital is committed to provide a seamless and efficient loan approval process while offering support and guidance through every phase of the lending process.

1. Discovery
This is the "qualification" phase. The broker meets with the business owner to understand their specific capital needs, the purpose of the loan, which loan products fit the scenario, and the overall health of the business.

4. Network Distribution
The broker strategically distributes the Loan Deck to a curated list of lenders in their network whose current "appetite" matches the deal's industry, size, and risk profile.

2. Document Collection
The broker gathers all necessary documents needed to begin underwriting in order to prevent any unnecessary delays.

5. Debt Placement
Once Term Sheets are received, the broker helps the client compare offers. They negotiate with lenders on the client's behalf to iron out details like interest rates, amortization periods, and covenants to ensure the client gets the best possible rate and terms. Once a lender is selected, the client signs the Term Sheet to move into formal underwriting.

3. Analysis/Deck Creation
The broker analyzes the data to calculate key metrics like the Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) and Loan-to-Value (LTV). They then create a Loan Deck presentation that highlights the business's strengths, addresses potential risks, and tells a compelling story to the lender.

6. Closing
Once formal approval from lender has been received, the broker manages the closing checklist to ensure all conditions are met and documents are signed. Loan will then move to closing/funding.
